  • We work with medical colleagues to provide medical license defense such as in defending a physician's medical license..

  • We also provide legal representation before administrative boards such as the state medical board.

  • Should you receive a subpoena for release of medical records during an investigation, we will provide guidance and representation.

  • We provide legal defense in dealing with insurance companies in billing disputes.

  • We create, review, and negotiate medical contracts for providers.

  • We guidance in the day to day management of medical practices to make sure that the practice is compliant with current laws and regulations including Stark, Antikickback, Antitrust, and fraud and abuse allegations.
